1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the ZINGO World Cup Predictor (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service is a free-to-play football prediction game tied to the FIFA World Cup 2026. You predict the final score of matches and pick one "ZINGO Zone" player per match (a player you expect to score or assist from minute 70 onwards). Points are awarded by the rules visible on the home page.
The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, any national football association, or any participating team.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in some EU jurisdictions) to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Your account
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up (real name optional, but email must be valid).
- One account per person. Multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or leagues may be removed without notice.
5. Predictions & lockouts
Predictions for each match lock 45 minutes before kick-off. After lockout, predictions cannot be modified. The locked predictions and their scoring are final once an admin recalculates points for that match.
6. Player of the Tournament (POTT)
Your tournament-wide POTT pick locks 45 minutes before the first scheduled match of the tournament. After lockout, it cannot be changed.
7. Leagues
Each user can create up to 3 mini-leagues and join any number using a valid invite code. League owners may delete their league at any time (this removes all members from that league). Members may leave a league at any time.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, the database, or the underlying infrastructure.
- Submit or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringes third-party rights.
- Use the Service to defraud, harass, or impersonate any person.
- Use automated tools to interact with the Service except for normal browser use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its branding, mascot, copy, and code are the property of ZINGO unless otherwise stated. Country flag images are served via flagcdn.com. Player names are used for identification only — no endorsement is implied.
10. No prize / no warranty
Unless explicitly stated on the Service, there is no prize, monetary reward, or guarantee tied to leaderboard standings. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of results, or fitness for any purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZINGO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by emailing info@zingo.buzz. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
